Manufacture Your Design
We manufacture hats according to your drawings, reference samples and specifications. Share the required shape, dimensions, fabric, color, logo, trims and packaging. We review the details with you, develop a sample and use the approved sample and specifications as the reference for bulk production.

Select from our existing hat styles and customize colors, logos and accessories, or co-develop a new style with our design team. We help review materials, construction and branding details so your concept can be developed into a sample for approval.

Customize Every Detail
Build a headwear collection around your brand, from the hat shape and fabric to logo placement, private labels and packaging. Confirm the details during sampling before your order moves into production.
Hat Structure
Specify 5-panel or 6-panel construction, structured or unstructured crowns, crown height, head size and flat or curved brims. For bucket hats and beanies, confirm brim dimensions or knit shape. Sweatbands, eyelets, top buttons and inner taping can be reviewed with the overall design.
Fabric & Color
Choose cotton, polyester, mesh, corduroy, denim or suitable blended fabrics. Review fabric weight, texture and color against your collection requirements. Coordinate crown, brim, mesh and trim colors, and share Pantone references or physical swatches where color matching is required.
Logo & Decoration
Create custom hats with embroidery, printing or patches. Options include flat and raised embroidery, woven or embroidered patches, and heat-transfer designs. Confirm logo size, colors and front, side or back placement. We review the artwork and fabric before recommending a decoration method.
Closure
Select snapback closures, adjustable straps with metal buckles or hook-and-loop fasteners to suit the cap design. Confirm strap material, hardware finish and adjustment range. For fitted caps, specify the required sizes and quantity breakdown instead of a rear adjustment system.
Private Label
Add woven or printed brand labels, care labels and hangtags to your private label hats. Share label artwork, dimensions and placement, together with any labeling instructions for your destination market. Inner branding details can be coordinated with the hat design.
Packaging
Specify individual bags, barcode stickers, carton labels and packing quantities. Tell us how the hats will be sold or distributed so we can review packaging for retail, e-commerce or bulk supply. Packaging details are confirmed alongside the product specifications.
Available combinations depend on the hat style, materials and order quantity. Custom materials, colors, labels and packaging may have separate minimum requirements, which we review before sampling.

Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A sample lets you review the hat shape, size, fabric, color, logo, closure and workmanship before approving production. Sample costs and timing are confirmed after we review your design and material requirements.
Can you help if I do not have a complete design?
Yes. Through our ODM service, you can start with an existing hat style or share reference images and brand ideas. Our design team can help develop the structure, materials and branding details for sample review.
Can you add our own labels and packaging?
Yes. We can review brand labels, care labels, hangtags, barcode stickers and packaging for your order. Please provide the artwork, dimensions, placement and any destination-market labeling instructions. Requirements and minimum quantities are confirmed before production.
How are production time and delivery arranged?
Sampling and production schedules depend on quantities, materials, logo work and sample revisions. Share your destination and required delivery date when requesting a quotation so we can review production timing and discuss shipment arrangements.
